What counsel should receive on day one
Counsel should not have to be a graph analyst. They need a verifiable file.
Chronology, sources, what is established, what is inferred, what is hypothesis, which lever is proposed.
We do not replace legal characterisation. We give the factual base on which characterisation can stand.
If there is no base, the honest answer to counsel is not to start an expensive process.
